Physical Therapist/OwnerI take pride in my profession as a physical therapist. After 8 years in private practice at another facility, I have decided to branch out on my own to reinforce the ideals of what physical therapy stands for. I incorporate manual therapy into my treatment and encourage patient education and participation to increase successful outcomes. On a personal note, I try and stay fit and encourage activity with a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy snowboarding, rock climbing, and working out. I believe in trying different things to stay in touch with the active community which gives me a better perspective of what my patients experience.

Office ManagerWith over 8 years working in Physical Therapy, I have gained a better appreciation of how amazing the body can be. Working close with patient’s and other therapists, I have gained a ton of knowledge and enjoy helping people become more educated about how rehabilitation can truly help you get back to where you want to be. I enjoy motivating patients to help them achieve their rehab goals and love seeing them gather a better appreciation of how to strengthen their body! The patient always comes first, and always try my best to help assist them in any way I can. Playing and coaching soccer is a true passion of mine and love everything about the game. As well as playing soccer, I enjoy working out, going on long runs around this wonderful city, and traveling to different places all over the world. “Whenever the body is strengthened, so is the mind”
